Discussion - The Addition of a New Color-coded Tag.

As you can see from the title of this submission, I've added a new tag category for discussion posts. Like the existing 'US', 'ICA' and 'Announcement' tags, all you need to do is put the word at the beginning of the title of your post.

While many discussion threads may be better suited to r/mturk, it would be nice for people to be able to post non-HITs from time to time without immediately getting downvoted below the threshold of visibility. If you're someone who really doesn't care for discussion threads here, the blue tag with make them easier to skip over.

Any thoughts on tags, discussion threads or the style, formatting and CSS of the subreddit generally?
