r/ALTinginJapan

Connecting JET ALTs, direct hire ALTs, and dispatch ALTs to discuss and share anything that is ALT-related - like lesson plan ideas, activity ideas, and Japanese language resources to easily communicate with their Japanese coworkers. Moreover, it's a place to build a strong network support, share inspiring ALT stories, and if some issues arise, please give constructive advice and encouragements. Lastly, provide guidance for after ALTing whether that be another ALT gig or something else better.
