Please note: readings are by moderator only.

This community is here for the purpose of providing a safe space for individuals seeking assistance via readings, and for discussions related to Tarot and its use. It is intended to be a place for serious seekers and advanced readers.

This is NOT a place to do any of the following:

post links to your daily/monthly/astrological sign draw videos
link to your Kickstarter or other crowd-funded project
shill individual businesses
attempt to play "test a reader/psychic/etc."

Subreddit Rules:

One reading may be requested per user per 30 day period.
Please read the stickied thread for posting guidelines.
Moderators ONLY will respond to threads requesting readings. This is to ensure that those requesting a reading get consistent answers to their questions.
If you receive a reading from one of our subreddit moderators, please provide some comment afterward to acknowledge that you did, in fact, receive and read the provided reading. Our moderators give lots of time and energy to providing readings as a free resource here. To spend time on providing a service to people who, then, do not even acknowledge that they received the work is very discouraging. Those who receive readings and do not acknowledge receipt will be suspended from further readings for 60 days. Subsequent violations will be subject to a permanent ban.
Please request readings for yourself only. Reading for those who did not request a reading is a violation of privacy and personal choice.

Tarot cards are a wonderful tool to help us make good choices. The cards give us an outside perspective and help to make certain aspects of a situation more clear, so that we can make the best decisions for ourselves and for our lives.

If you are asking a question, please remember these points:

It's a good idea to remember that tarot gives guidance and doesn't lend itself to yes or no answers. For example, if you're looking for information about your career, "Will I get that job?" is going to give you a much less usable reading than "What do I need to know to be successful in my job search?"
Provide the reader with as much information as you feel comfortable with in regards to the topic you are asking about. While tarot readers can provide excellent readings based on limited information (and most of us often do), if you want real advice then the reader can give you the best information if they have some idea of how to interpret the information that the cards are providing.

We encourage lively discussions about Tarot cards, Tarot history, and the development of the medium over time. Discussions about the pros and cons of different decks, spreads, and approaches are very welcome!

DISCLAIMER: Please understand that readings are in no way a substitute for counseling services, financial planning, medical care, or legal advice. Please seek the services of a trained professional if you need services of this sort. Also, as always, no representations or guarantees are being made about future events or outcomes. Life choices and decisions are up to you!
