1.Main Content / Themes

Primarily about gaming questions. These can be:

Open-ended: This means broad questions such as, "What is your favorite console of all time?"

To avoid spam, please do not ask more than one question within 24 hours. If there is an existing thread on your topic less than 7 days old, consider joining that thread instead of making a new post. Duplicate threads may be removed at moderator discretion.

Game-specific: For example: "Where is the magic potion found in X game?"

Tech support questions related to games or gaming hardware are allowed, but consider r/techsupport or a specific subreddit (Windows, Linux, etc) instead.

"What game is this" questions should be directed to r/tipofmyjoystick

Please FLAIR each type of question while publishing.

2.Self-promotion

Mentioning / linking to your own material may be acceptable within the Comments section, as long as it contributes to the discussion.

Do not post advertisements, including those disguised as questions.

Abusive Behavior

Please be respectful and self-moderate, given that we are mature individuals. Personal attacks on an individual or group are not allowed.

4.Taboo Topics

You may discuss 18+ mature games, emulation, and things of that nature, but never link to related games/ROMS/sites. 18+ topics should be properly NSFW tagged.
