##About##

This subreddit is dedicated to the amazing Bally Astrocade video game console. Released in 1977 by Bally/Midway, it was extremely powerful for the time, easily outperforming any console on the market until 1982's introduction of ColecoVision. With BASIC, Astrocade fans even made and shared their own "indy" games.

The console was also branded as Bally Professional Arcade and Bally Professional Computer.
