####About

Baghdad is the capital city of the Republic of Iraq. Founded by Abu Jaafar al-Mansur in 762 AD as the City of Peace (مدينة السلام | Madinaat al-Salam). Today it stands as one of the largest cities in the middle east with a diverse and rich history.

The subreddit is open to all posts regarding Baghdad and Iraq as whole.
