r/Bariathletes

This is a place for anyone who has had bariatric (weight loss) surgery and is now interested in fitness and being athletic. We don’t care what you participate in, as long as you are out there trying to improve yourself! This is a community to share tips and tricks based on our experiences. Some content will be bariatric-specific, some will not. It's all good.
