Book Your Band: Connecting Local Bands and Venues

r/bookyourband

If you're in a local band that's just starting to get on it's feet, you know how hard booking shows or a small tour is. This is a friendly group of people devoted to indexing local bands, connecting each other, and getting show opportunities from all over the place.

This is a place for local bands, promoters, and venues to network with each other.

Here's how to post:

Tag your post with either [BS], [BT], or [NBTP].

[BS]= Booking Show (for individual shows)

[BT]= Booking Tour

[NBTP]= Need Band To Play (for specific shows/dates)

Include your genre, or the genre of band you'd like to find.
Include a general time frame and geographic area (ex: Southeast US/July 2013)

Put the genre of your band (or just "venue" or "promoter" if applicable), and your location in your flair!

This is a brand new subreddit, so any and all suggestions are welcome. Please spread the word about this subreddit! The more subscribers we have, the more functional this subreddit becomes!
