This sub-reddit is to discuss the state of the British Filmmaking industry, whether purely the independent side from B-movie gangster & urban straight-to-DVD flicks to BAFTA quality historical & political films to mainstream romantic comedies & dramas and the American studios impact on British film through the extensive soundstage and post-production use.

Whether you're an experienced or new British (-based) actor, screenwriter, director, producer, make-up & costume artist, composer, VFX, stuntsperson, cameraperson, sound recordist, production designer, cinematographer or other role, you are welcome to post.
