####Check for your birthday here

##What is CYL? Compare Your Life is a subreddit dedicated to you and your story. The idea is to find a person that was born on the same day as you and, when you found one, to compare your lifes. Where do you live, what have you achieved yet, what do you plan to achieve in the future? Discuss all that with your birthday-buddy.

##Titles must include standartized format Please add a part of only numbers and the following format for your title to make your post findable:

#day/month/year

#28/08/1990

We are not enforcing this rule, but it really, really helps you finding people of your birthday. If everyone uses different formats things will get complicated real soon - and no one will be able to find birthday-buddys. Try to stick to european format (day/month/year). More Information on titles here. Thanks!

##Rules 1. No personal data.

As this is a subreddit dedicated to information about other people this rule is really important: do NOT share any personal information about your name, your city or your actual workplace. Country & branch is fine, "Victoria BC, Canada, working at McD" is not.

2. Be nice.

Comparing lifes can lead to jealousy and related emotions. Please be kind - this subreddit is about exchange, not hate.

##Compare your data To be able to compare your information with a birthday-buddy one of you has to start with giving out information. Beware of rule #1, no actual private information as name, adress and the like! A list of things you could add to your post or as a comment below your post:

Your country:
Your current job:
Your graduation:
Your social situation:
Your future plans:

Beware that this is just a guideline to get a conversation going - there is no need to accurately fill out everything. Just write what you are willing to share with a stranger.

##Report spam and assholes If anyone acts out of the line or takes advantage of given information please hit the report button and tell me what he did wrong. r/justiceporn will follow.
