Our drive-by community enjoys a sweet spot far enough away from Denver and close enough to tree line for an enjoyable life. We have the annual RV & Boat show that starts in late May and runs til early fall. Easy to view from our winding highway 285 as participants overwhelm the biway on the weekends. We also host the annual leaf lookers as they fill up the area in the fall to glimpse the changing Aspen leaves. We are grateful to call this area home!
