DayZ Spawn Helpers make posts offering to help out individuals in need; or fresh spawns can make a request. (Please mark you post with [OFFER] or [REQUEST] at the start of the title.)
Helper and Helpee exchange personal information via PM, then use whatever means of external communication they like.
They meet, maybe do a little jig, and the helper bestows their goodies upon the new spawn.
The helper marks the offer as complete (NSFW), and the helper and helpee confirm success via the successful trades thread
Helpee pays it forward when they can! :)
