Is Earth the source of some or all extraterrestrial life?

r/EarthPlanetZero

The Earth: Planet Zero Theory (EP0 or EPZ) proposes that Earth is the source of living organisms both in our Solar System and our galaxy. In the 3.5 billion years plus that life has existed on Earth, there has been ample opportunity for life to escape and travel to other planets. Perhaps there has been enough time for alien intelligence to develop from Earth-sourced microbes.

The Earth: Planet Zero Theory (EP0 or EPZ) proposes that Earth is one of or even the source of living organisms both in our Solar System and our galaxy. In the 3.5 billion years plus that life has existed on Earth, there has been ample opportunity for life to escape and travel to other planets. Perhaps there has been enough time for alien intelligence to develop from Earth-sourced microbes. This subreddit is a new kind of science journal where we will add information, pro or con, on the EPZ theory on a continual bases in real time.

If life that originated from Earth is found in nearby space or on other planets of our Solar System, then EPZ is the most important theory concerning the future of humanity because we will know there is a strong possibility that life is out there in our galaxy.
