Welcome refugees of r/AskRedditNoir

Hardboiled print fiction is now part of the discussion at r/FilmNoir

This was formerly a place for redditors who enjoy the kind of stories made famous by Dashiell Hammett, Raymond Chandler, Ross Macdonald, and their illustrious colleagues. To talk about your favorite stories and authors, the book you are currently reading or have just finished, or the stories you are writing.

We value the classics of pulp fiction that inspired film noir as well as the latest works in the genre, typified by the output of the Hard Case Crime imprint.
