Keto New Zealand

r/ketonz

Rules

Posts must be ketogenic-diet-related.
All claims of nutritional effects on the body, scientific claims, claims of metabolic processes etc. must be substantiated by citing sources. This applies to both posts and comments.
Posts must be specifically related to New Zealand.

Requests for general help are welcome. The last thing I would ever want to do is turn down someone who needs support, however I would encourage trying the chatroom first as you'll probably find that a better mechanism for continued support.
