##PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES:

Be civil. Don't be rude to your fellow Redditors, whether they are newbies or experts on their fields. Practice Rediquette at all times.
Monthly Threads are sticky-posted monthly. Comment away your food, diet, supplements concerns on Monthly Health & Nutrition Thread. Do you have questions about fitness? Feel free to drop them in Monthly Fitness Thread.
Customize your user flair: | Starting Weight | Current Weight | Goal Weight/Physique. This will help the community understand you.

##POSTING RULES##

1. No Threads That Are Answered by the Wiki or Searching Threads

Making a post to ask a question should be your last resort - not your first. Do your own research using the Wiki, searching past threads, and Google. If this fails, tell the community where you've already looked for answers so we know you did actually try to find answers on your own.

Before asking questions please use the Getting Started links on the sidebar(on new Reddit) and search the sub for related questions.

2. Threads should contain adequate amount of detail. This sub aims to help you. Allow us to help you by providing as much detail as possible regarding your concern.

Posts and threads with little to no detail will be removed without exception.

Assign proper flair for your submitted post:
