Traditional haiku consists of 17 syllables - 3 lines in a 5/7/5 format:

“The Old Pond” by Matsuo Bashō

An old silent pond

A frog jumps into the pond—

Splash! Silence again.

Create your own humorous, political-based haiku and post it here. Serious haiku are o.k. too. It is preferred submissions are upvoted/downvoted on quality of haiku rather than like/dislike of the politician/subject. But this is Reddit and we all know how that goes.
