Follow the rules and posting guidelines at all times

Only Twitter submissions will be permitted to this sub. Self posts and non-Twitter links will be automatically removed.

1. Tweets must be political in nature.

Tweets must be political in nature, and from a politician, political analyst, news organization, journalist or someone otherwise involved in politics. Tweets that include images or video are allowed, but tweets that are video-only or are simple links to full articles will be removed.

Tweets about world politics are also permitted, but they should be in English.

2. Tweets must be from verified users

Only tweets from established politicians, analysts and journalists will be permitted. Tweets from unknown accounts or that appear to be simple personal commentary from people not involved directly with politics will not be permitted.

3. Post Formatting Requirements

Posts must be a direct link to the tweet. Posts must be formatted to include the author name, and then include the full tweet verbatim (shortened link URL's can be removed from titles). Editorializing will not be permitted. Examples of this include:

[Smith] "here is the tweet content" or Smith: Here is the tweet content

Acceptable exceptions to this rule: References to people by twitter handle can be changed to their real name for clarity - ex: a tweet that reads "Trump considering replacing @Reince45" can be edited to read "Trump considering replacing [Priebus]"

4. Redditquette and Site Wide Content Policy

Reddiquette should be observed at all times. Additionally, Reddit's Site Wide Content Policy must be followed at all times.

Any violations of either should be downvoted and reported.

5. No image posts

Images are not allowed as submissions; they may be added to comments but posts must be URL's to the tweets themselves.
