I'm 15, and we sit next to each other in Science for 5 lessons a week. She's really nice, but I wouldn't want to ask her out, I'd rather we just keep the friendship we have. It's just easier that way. But I want to ask to her to the Prom. When do I ask, and how do I bring it up?

Also, I go to my friend's band practice, and she's the new singer which is pretty cool.

So what worked for you lot?
