If you're a member of a society, why not give a shout-out here for your upcoming events, or just to look for new members?

Or feel free to look for fellow redditors in your halls of residence or near your street!

RULES:

No business advertising. This will be judged at the discretion of the moderator team. Ads for your band's gigs, charity or student events etc. are fine, but don't go posting about that shitty club paying you minimum wage to Rep for them, or some dodgy online money-making scheme.
No Political Posts: People have different opinions, but University can often feel like an echo chamber. Don't use this subreddit to push your political agenda. This includes endorsement of a party or candidate, or posts about any political rallies taking place in Sheffield. We do, however, allow posts about the STUDENT elections, providing they are not deemed to give any particular candidate an unfair advantage.
No illegal discussions: We've all smoked a blunt or two at Uni, but this is not the place to set up deals or plan hotboxing sessions.

Have fun!
