This subreddit is designed to go beyond traditional training protocols and encourage a better understanding of movement. Unlike specific exercise regimens, the principles of adaptation are always occurring. The body does what it is told. It doesn't do what it's not ready for. Movement can heal, be playful and creative, and optimize performance. This subreddit hopes to share practical, applicable, and useful ideas with the active public. It hopes to bring awareness and play to the masses. It is not a research dumping ground. It is not about impressivism, but being mindful about your practice.
