StrengthsFinder is based on the idea that everyone has natural talents that can be developed into Strengths. Led by psychologist Don Clifton and Gallup, this idea has been studied for more than 40 years. The findings show that everyone has some combination of a list of only 34 basic strengths. You can find out your top 5 strengths online using a 177 question assessment at GallupStrengthsCenter.com.
