##About

Post anything from UI design, game engine physics, how components were made, and anything else regarding the real science of video games!

##Rules

###Stay on Topic

Please, only post things that add to the discussion. This subreddit is not a place to talk about whatever new video game that came out or about science fiction. However, you can make jokes in the comments. Please don't post about movies, books, or Adam Sandler.

###Be Nice

Please be kind and don't post rude comments. This still applies if they broke a rule. Report the comment or post and it will be reviewed.

###Posts Must Be "Intelligent"

Please make your content somewhat intelligent. This means no memes, speed runs, or Let's Plays. Single word answer questions or speculative like "What are some cool glitches in video games?" will be removed, but a question like: "What methods do game developers use to combat glitches in their games?" would be fine. Also, please avoid Minecraft content.

###No NSFW Content

The Internet already is full of nude mods. Please keep them off of this subreddit.

###Limit Self-Advertisement

It is okay to post your own content, but it should be less than 20% of your total contributions here, unless given permission from a moderator. Approved video series posters can be found here.

###No Giveaways

Visit r/Free or r/RandomActsOfGaming if you're feeling generous.

###No Research studies or Surveys

We aren't an easy grade, and we aren't your labrats.
