A safe space for weak lifting

r/Weakpots

Love lifting but hate getting shamed for your low numbers? We'd love to have you post here!

r/weightroom and r/powerlifting got you down? Can't deadlift ~~406~~ ~~441~~ ~~446~~ 457? Are you proud of your 135lb. bench? This sub is for you. Feel free to post images/discussions/videos revolving around how you are a failure of an athlete and whether or not you should even.

If you need someone else to make you feel bad, you've not been paying attention.

For most of us, the longer you lift, the stronger you realize you could be, and the weaker you realize you are.

Brodinism/Brodinsnakking is NOT tolerated here; take it to the stupid sub it came from. You WILL be removed for 24 hours

Mods WILL delete any post we feel is not a good fit, regardless of any sidebar or FAQ statements. A post doesn't have to violate a rule to suck, sometimes people get creative.

Give me your weak, your pots,

Your hungry masses yearning to eat free,

The wretched refuse of r/weightroom's teeming shore.

Send these, the gainless, back-snapped to me,

I lift my barbell beside the golden rack!
