You know who you are.

r/Witches

To those who wear midnight. You weren't born with a talent for witchcraft: it didn't come easily; you worked hard at it because you wanted it. You forced the world to give it to you, no matter the price, and the price is and always will be high... People say you don't find witchcraft; witchcraft finds you. But you've found it, even if at the time you didn't know what it was you were finding, and you grabbed it by its scrawny neck and made it work for you.

“People need witches; they need the unofficial people who understand the difference between right and wrong, and when right is wrong and when wrong is right. The world needs the people who work around the edges. They need the people who can deal with the little bumps and inconveniences. And little problems. After all, we are almost all human. Almost all of the time.”

Them as can do, has to do for them as can't. And someone has to speak up for them as has no voices.

Even if it's not your fault, it's your responsibility.

Personal ain't the same as important

Any fool can be a witch with a runic knife, but it takes skill to be one with an apple corer.

A Witches Mission-

It is my will to liberate myself from the bonds of ignorance, self-destruction, external conditioning, and determination by outer forces. To become self-creating. To come into touch with my Source, bring back the fire from Heaven that liberates and renews. To become an antibody for the Cosmos. From Hermetica we learn that "as above, so below." The macrocosm and the microcosm are intimately bound; by changing one you might exert influence over the other.

Empowering/freeing/redeeming/evolving yourself is to do the same to the world.
