I guess the title says it all, but in case you can't read, I'll elaborate:

I love to sleep. I feel like I don't get enough, and so I literally look forward to bedtime (I'm 30, by the way, so it isn't like I'm 7 or 77). I love the act of going to sleep so much, in fact, that I wake myself up before I even have to just so I can fall back to sleep.

I need to wake up at 6, but I set an alarm at 5, 5:30, and then 6, just so I can wake up, realize how little I would enjoy to get out of bed, and instead revel in the fact that I can go back to sleep. My girlfriend is a big fan of this, by the way, as she also gets to wake up every morning at 5, 5:30, and 6.

I'm fairly certain it does nothing to make me feel more rested; as a matter of fact, it probably makes me feel sleep deprived, as this last hour of "sleep" isn't REM sleep. But still, I love doing that.

My question is: does anyone else do this, and if so, what in the hell is wrong with us?
