Anti-Social Personality Disorder

r/aspd

ASPD (Anti-Social Personality Disorder) is a personality disorder classified in the DSM. It is associated with the terms psychopathy and sociopathy which are not diagnostic labels, but tend to be used colloquially and interchangeably. This sub intends to clarify misconceptions and reduce stigma around the disorder while also providing a space to share lived experience and advice.

Rules:

No asking if you are a sociopath, psychopath, or have ASPD. It takes a detailed patient history, psych evaluation, evidence, and in the end, you don't truly want this despite popular culture.
This sub is to promote education via personal accounts and sources, respect that.
DO NOT post/ask stuff like, who is your favorite serial killer, fetishes, post gore, NSFW, questions as to if you have/are ASPD/Socio-Psycho. This is not a Psychiatrist office.
If you are geniuenly curious, ask, but if you think your question is dumb, it probably is.
