Welcome to the job Reddit for Baltimore, Maryland. We're in the spirit of working as a collective here, so below are a few simple rules.

Charm City's Newest Peer-to-Peer Career Network. Posts seeking career advice from other Redditors (as well as the moderator, everybodyworksmonday, via private message) are encouraged. When seeking advice, please begin your title with [SEEKING ADVICE]. Be aware that this is a public forum, so please post personal information--and engage other Redditors--accordingly.

Take a job; leave a job. Just as this Reddit exists to help people find work, it also exists so we can help each other find work. So, please post any positions you come upon, or message the moderator for posting.

When posting a job, please post the title of the position, company, and location (Baltimore, Towson, Columbia, etc.) in the title, as well as [HIRING]. Postings can either be a link to a position posted elsewhere, or can be a self-post with the listing provided as body text. Additionally, if you have an "inside track" (if you work for the company, for example), please be willing to help your fellow Redditor get their foot in the door. You can either leave a note to this end in the comments, or in the title of the listing; whatever works best for your post. Think of it as crowdsourcing the search for employment. If everyone works together, everyone gets work together.

Paid positions only. We're not hosting unpaid internship listings as this time, but please post them at r/internships. Paid internships are welcome, just please make sure to provide details in your listing to that end.

ACTUAL jobs only. The moderator is committed to keeping this Reddit legitimate and helpful, so all efforts will be made to keep it free of spam and scams. Anyone caught posting either will be banned.

Want to post your resume? Please do. To post your resume, write a one-sentence bio as your post title as well as [FOR HIRE]. Be aware that this is a public forum, so please post personal information--and engage other Redditors--accordingly.

With all that said, the moderator of this Reddit--everybodyworksmonday--makes no authentication claims and assumes no responsibility with regard to the content. In other words, exercise all the common sense you can muster.
