BecomingSecure

r/becomingsecure

A community for people who are working towards a secure attachment style in order to have healthier and more fruitful relationships. This is a safe space to seek advice, support and share any knowledge that will add to the journey to secure attachment. We believe that one of the best ways to become secure is to know what secure attachment actually looks like. That way you know what goals to work towards with a clearer vision. Please note: our mods are not psychologists.
