New rules as of 8/23/2020:

One. Images of your bohohome must be:

boho
a home

This means no art on paper if not on a wall (with the exception of art depicting bohemian interiors); no modernist minimalism; no public spaces; etc.

Two. If looking for interior design advice, please respond to comments with direct statements like "I like your suggestion to ___" or "I don't like the colors you've suggested" -- this will help following comments to hone in on your vision to help you create your dream space.

Three. If a sales listing for a small business is available for something included in your post, please provide that link in the comments to the best of your ability. Please avoid linking to amazon/walmart/target. If you're not sure what constitutes a small business, ask yourself "do they respond in a normal, personable, human way that is not kafkaesque to customer service requests?" If the answer is yes, they are probably a small business. If the answer is no, they are probably not a small business. Please message mods to suggest further ways to identify a small business.

Four. If you are promoting something you've made that's for sale, please keep it to the comments in the stickied thread for creators/makers/crafters, NOT a post. Readers are encouraged to use the report button. And if you are promoting something you've made in the comments of the stickied post, the product must be handmade. This is absolutely not the place to promote your work if your are being or could ever be approached by a Target acquisitions rep. This is a place for things that are strange and unusual, and it is not a place for living, laughing, and loving -- at least not in three-way conjunction with each other.
