PLEASE READ THE SIDEBAR BEFORE POSTING!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Ads for "unpaid internships" are probably not legal and as a result not welcome here. Read here for more information:

If you believe that your unpaid internship is legitimate, please PM a moderator for approval before posting.

Welcome to Central PA Jobs!

This subreddit was created for job availabilities and inquiries dedicated to Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas, and will accept job notifications within reasonable distance upon approval.

Please make sure to add [Hiring] or [For Hire] before EVERY post! Any post that fails to do so will be removed and the poster will be notified.

Also, please flair you posts! Any post that fails to do so within 1 hour will be removed and the poster will be notified. (Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Harrisburg, and Vicinity flairs are available under each post in the "flair" link. Please ask if you arent sure where this is.)

NEW! Now you can add flair next to your name to help signify if you are Seeking Full Time jobs, Seeking Part Time, if you are an Employer, Recruiter, and also if you are a Freelancer seeking work!

At the top of this sidebar, we have information regarding unpaid internships. Though we HIGHLY recommend all job searchers to avoid these offers, there are VERY FEW exceptions to the law, and only those jobs who fall under the exceptions will be allowed to post the availabilities. Any others will result in an immediate ban and deletion of the post.

We also do not accept staffing agency listings either, unless accepted by the mods.

Please do not post any sensitive personal information on your posts, leave it to the PMs. If this happens on in a post, the post/comment will be removed and the poster will be notified.

Only serious inquiries allowed, and "side-jobs" will be allowed upon approval as well. We understand that Central PA may have a lot of odd jobs here and there, moreso than many areas, and are willing to work with that. However, due to the varying ideas of what makes a side job a side job, moderators need to review it and accept it first.

Best of luck! And also, please refer to the side bar for any help with creating resumes!

You may also add your county next to your username if you'd like to help employershave a general idea where you'd be coming from.

Please feel free to message the mods with any questions or concerns, and remember to report any posts that violate the rules and guidelines!

Don't forget to say hi to everyone!
