Chorizo is a fantastic alternative to the unhealthy American dish: bacon. Eaten in Mexico for thousands of years, it is now the national dish and a part of their "Aztec Food Pyramid." Chorizo has been known to cure gout and even relieve syptoms brought about by malaria, which is a Mexican disease. So, please enjoy the subreddit and enjoy the wonderful world of Chorizo.
