RULES & GUIDELINES:

RULES	DETAILS
Keep NSFW content to a minimum.	Remember that this subreddit is open to people of all ages. • If you're a minor, don't post nude photos/videos.
Don’t treat this as a ‘porn’ subreddit.	Don't link to porn sites or submit content that is unnecessarily sexualized. • Don’t reply to threads with creepy, sexualized comments. • If it has been over a year since you were circumcised, consider posting your photos over at r/CutCocks (NSFW) instead— there’s probably not much need for us to see your penis unless there’s some underlying question. • Side-by-side before and after ‘comparison' photos are acceptable.
NSFW content must be tagged.	If you must link to explicit content, be sure to tag it as NSFW. This includes links to NSFW content in text posts.
Don't ask about non-consensual circumcision.	We’re here to talk about circumcision as a procedure for adult males, or for those who have the mental capacity to provide informed consent for the procedure on themselves.
Don't editorialize titles to articles or submit old article.	Only use the title from the linked article being submitting. • Only submit news articles that have been published within the past 30 days.
Greater scrutiny for new or 'throwaway' accounts.	If a thread is submitted by an account that is newly created, has little to no post history, or has a variation of the word "throwaway" in its name, the thread may be removed or locked if its contents seem like a thinly-veiled attempt at flaming or inciting others.
Be civil and constructive; Not overly negative.	Treat others with basic decency. • Avoid engaging in personal attacks, name-calling, hate speech, baiting, trolling, witch-hunting, or objectively immature behaviour. • Don't flame others for having differing opinions from your own. • Don’t respond to someone who has already been circumcised with a comment deriding OP for opting to have the procedure done. • Threats of violence are unacceptable. • Violations will result in the comment being removed and/or the user banned.
Cite your sources, but don’t simply spam links	Do not make claims (e.g. "Studies Show") without citing a reputable source. • Don’t simply spam links without replying to the thread’s topic. If your comment seems like it is a boilerplate response used in an attempt to push an agenda, it will be removed and/or the user banned.
Don't solicit contact info or chat usernames.	Don't create posts or comments that solicit contact information / chat usernames from other members of the subreddit.
No advertising or overt self-promotion.	If you want to advertise your clinic, do so through Reddit's advertising platform, here. • Also, this isn't the place for shameless self-promotion of your blog, GoFundMe, YouTube channel, etc.
Guidelines for 'IAmA' Threads	"IAmA" threads must contain proof to show that the person behind the username has had the surgical experience or is a member of the profession they are claiming. • Proof can be sent privately to the moderation team if anonymity is a concern. • Medical professionals will be given custom user flair once they have been verified. • No abusive or harassing comments — They will be removed.
