######This week (5/19/14): Lou Harrison As a classical musician, I often feel as though I get stuck listening to the same few pieces by the same few composers. So, the purpose of this subreddit is to choose a composer every week, and post as many pieces by that composer, or biographies/interesting information regarding that composer. I want to broaden not only my own knowledge, but also that of anyone else who is interested.
New Composers will be chosen though the most popular comments on the weekly thread announcing the weeks composer. A new composer will be chosen weekly on Monday so please be aware of who this weeks composer is before posting and please avoid reposts. Please put the name of the composer in your submission.
