hey, anyone have any thoughts/gossip/intel on CPS tokens? where they might end up traded first? I'm going to guess kucoin or one of the decentralized exchanges like etherdelta. this is just pure speculation though.

I have been a cryptomus community member for quite some time now. I have come to notice that most users mainly complain about one thing, customer support response.
The complaints are that support takes much time before responding/solving the customer's issue.

My question is my observation based on facts and if it is, how has cryptomus been working to fix the late response time from their end when users contact them in state of urgency.
