EDMArtists: A community.

r/edmartists

This subreddit is basically just a place for all the EDM artists of reddit to hang out and chill with limited rules. This is a place for ideas to flourish. This is a place for discussion, promotion, collaboration, advice, and just general conversation in an open environment.

What This Subreddit Is: This subreddit is basically just a place for all the EDM artists of reddit to hang out and chill with limited rules. This is a place for ideas to flourish. This is a place for discussion, promotion, collaboration, advice, and just general conversation in an open environment. I, ASEKMusik, basically just created this subreddit to be a much more lenient alternate to r/edmproduction (which is a great place to learn technique, by the way).

Put Your Music Links Here!

Our Very New IRC Channel!

What Is Expected Of You: There is only one rule: Don't be a dick.

Dickish behavior includes but is not limited to:

Don't spam your shit. This may get you banned. To clarify, go ahead and submit it as a link (this is encouraged) but do not just randomly link to your music in comments.

When giving feedback, try to help the person. No "this shit sucks," try to keep it as constructive as possible. Remember! The goal is to help everyone on this subreddit to make their music as good as possible.

No flamewars. Discussion and debates are encouraged but keep it civilized.

All of these are pretty much common sense but now they're here for you to see.
