“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Science has proven that being grateful is known to increase physical health, improve relationships, improve psychological health, reduces anxiety/depression, improves sleep, self-esteem, and mental strength.

This subreddit is geared towards typing at least one thing you are grateful for each day. We're already on reddit all the time so let's use it to cultivate a healthy habit of gratefulness.

Feel free to go into detail on why you're grateful, list more things your grateful for, or simply state it in the title.

Offensive messages along the lines of racism, homophobic, and transphobic will be removed. Please consider reddiquette before posting or commenting.
