The GZCL Method, Simplified

[GZCL Info Source - expanded principles] (http://swoleateveryheight.blogspot.com/2016/02/gzcl-applications-adaptations.html)

[Newest hotness, General Gainz] (https://www.reddit.com/r/gzcl/comments/aqkdgo/happy_gday_gainerz/)

Welcome to Gainsville, Pumpsylvania USA.

A place for lifters everywhere to help each other get stronger by sharing experiences and providing feedback on a proven strength building framework, the GZCL Method. Together we can make the world strong again.

Lift, joke around, and build camaraderie.

Post articles, videos, etc. Lifting or not, so long as it is interesting (and at least tangentially related to lifting/fitness/recovery/etc.)

Post your programs. Questions. Spreadsheets. Never fear being a dumbass, because we're all one anyways.

Talk shit to each other. Inspire competition. Share knowledge.
