Introduction:

Americans are the largest group of coffee drinkers in the world, with a dazzling record of 420 million cups drunk every single day. Beyond that, it's common for children to be fed caffeinated sodas and even caffeinated candies. Some will grow up not knowing what it's like to be caffeine free.

r/NoCaf is a venue for Redditors to openly discuss the many tangible benefits of NOT consuming caffeine for a period of time. Whether your goal is to casually participate in a NoCaf week or monthly challenge as a test of self control, or if caffeinating has become an addictive problem in your life and you want to quit for a longer period of time, you will find a home and friends here.

Basic Rules:

You will treat other Caf-Freedom Fighters with respect. No name calling, no insults, and no degrading comments. Anyone who disregards these rules may find themselves promptly banned.
