Our friendly discussion group can provide you with a wealth of knowledge about the technical connectivity of home based TV Receive Only (TVRO) satellite subscription services (DirecTV & Dish Network in the US) as well as Free-To-Air satellite television and radio services. We are experts in Ku Band (transponders with 5 digits) and C-Band (4 digit transponders) better known as Big Ugly Dish or BUD. Moving equipment and don't want to pay your provider to come out and help? No problem, we got you. Moved your equipment and some or all channels aren't working? Let us know what you did and we'll help you figure it out. Remember, pictures, pictures, pictures! Did I mention pictures?
