r/silentminds

A community for those with any form of (or curious about) silent minds: this covers Anauralia, Anendophasia, unstructured, worded or unsymbolised thoughts; and no inner monologue variations. But there’s often no language yet to describe a lot of these experiences, so do feel free to share your variations on consciousness and thinking/imaginative processes without some or all of the sounds and inner auditory experiences that most people take for granted. Many with Anauralia also have Aphantasia.
