What is this sub?

This subreddit is a support group for pornography addiction.

Isn’t that the same as pornfree?* Yes and no. While our intentions line up with pornfree this sub has two key distinctions. First, we do not allow discussion of masturbation. This is to allow conversation to be focused on porn, regardless of your views of masturbation. If you believe in a middle ground approach to masturbation, you can go to our sister sub r/fapless to post about masturbation. We believe that focusing on porn is helpful to allow people of a wide variety of views to be united in what we agree on, that porn needs to be eliminated. Second, we believe that having a smaller community may be helpful in providing continual accountability. It can be difficult to be accountable to a sea of strangers. None of these are against pornfree, but rather a need we saw and wanted to provide.

So what is this sub for?

Sharing your story, asking for encouragement, posting relevant links.

I don’t agree with you. Can I post?

Absolutely. Just please read the rules first.

How do you feel about moderate porn use?

We welcome all views but our mod team believes full elimination of porn is best for healthy sexuality

Can I come for support about my masturbation addiction?

All of our mods are also mods of r/fapless so it is our intention to have the two subs working together. If your post is just on masturbation addiction, please go over to r/fapless. We believe there is a need for a subreddit which soley focuses on porn, so that is why we run this sub
