Customers: Please remember this subreddit is not official USPS customer service. Postal employees are not here to cater to customer inquiries and complaints. Most problems and questions can only be answered by your local post office. For concerns that need immediate attention it is suggested you visit your post office in person. If you are unable to reach your post office by phone or visiting in person is not an option, you may try submitting a service request by way of e-mail https://emailus.usps.com/s/. This is sent directly to your post office but it may take a day or two to receive a response.

Please check out our Wiki page for more info.

Employees: Be respectful of your fellow USPS employees and customers who may come here with a question. You are not obligated to answer customer inquiries, however, if you feel inclined to do so please be respectful. Also be mindful of the images you post here. Image submissions should not show any personal information such as names, addresses, ACEID, phone numbers or e-mail addresses. Any images showing the above information will be removed.
