###Rule 1: Only Post Videos, YT, GIFs or IMGUR

Only video content is allowed in this subreddit. No written stories, text, photos or anything that is static. Helps us out. Crossposts are fine here.

Do you have something spooky you want to share? Videos are fine. Gif, YouTube links and Imgur are fine too. Know a good video yourself? Post as many spooky videos as you’d like here.

###Rule 2: No Reposts

Only unique and newly found spooky videos. Do not post anything that is already posted on this subreddit within the past two (2) months.

###Rule 3: No NSFW Content

No NSFW, hardcore, graphic violence, gore, extreme profanity or anything else deemed explicit by moderators. When in doubt, ask a mod first before posting.

###Rule 4: Videos Must Be Spooky

Your video post MUST be something that is spooky: general spookiness such as ghosts, monsters, legends, poltergeists, eerie unexplained situations, mysterious circumstances, or anything moderately frightening. This does NOT include, obvious photoshopped images, jump scare, PowerPoint presentations, cartoonish, mockery or comedic videos. We try to hold our subreddit to higher standards and reserve the right to remove any video that we feel doesn’t fit.

###Rule 5: Be Civil & Non-Aggressive

Insults, bullying, threats or anything deemed overly inciteful and disruptive to general peace of the discussions will result in a ban.

###Rule 6: Do Not Spam Or Advertise

Do not post: repetitive ad comments or ad links, personal product advertisements, mailing addresses, contact info, product videos, card store links, magic stores or any other external retail business links or contact in this subreddit. It will result in a ban.

###Rule 7: No Critique Videos

Our sub does not care if our content is “fake”, “real” or a “hoax”. That is not the aim of this sub. The entire point of this sub is spooky videos that creep out or scare the viewers. If it’s a video that is trying to “debunk” or “prove” any topics related, it will be removed and you may receive a warning up to a ban. We understand that many feel these videos are not real, but that is what comments are for. Do not use our sub to post skepticism or belief videos.
