Seeking Research Participants

Hi, my name is Zev, and I'm a senior in a graphic design program. For my senior thesis project, I am designing an interactive website to inform users about the phenomenon of AI psychosis (and ultimately aim to reduce harm). One of my primary goals for this project is to tell individual stories, as I believe empathetic storytelling is key to illuminating this issue in a human-centered way. It's also important that my project be well-researched and not just a reflection of my own thoughts and opinions, so I'm asking for your help!

If you are a person who has been personally impacted by AI psychosis, either through direct experience or by having someone in your life who has had that experience, I would love to hear from you. Ideally, I will conduct a few interviews via video/voice chat. If you are not comfortable with that, but would like to participate, I can also just send over questions for you to respond to in writing– Either way, your story would be anonymous. Aside from a few demographics questions, I have no desire to know or share your identity. I am aiming to understand and share your experience, your thoughts, and your opinions. Because this phenomenon is emerging and research is lacking at this time, your story could be invaluable in helping others.

If you are interested in participating, please send me a DM so we can discuss the project and logistics. Thank you!

P.S. If anyone would like to contribute to the project in other ways, I'd also appreciate any insights, such as resources to check out, or any research you've personally compiled and are willing to share.
