The AI stack I use to run my reselling side-hustle (30–40 listings/day)
I flip clothing full-time and push out 30–40 listings a day, so anything that shaves minutes off each one pays for itself. Over the last year my whole workflow quietly turned into a stack of AI tools. Here's what actually earns its spot:
Snappyit — product photos. I snap a phone pic and it spits out clean, commerce-ready shots. The Ghost Mannequin feature is the one I lean on most for apparel (hollow 3D effect, no model or dress form needed), and there's an AI try-on/Fashion Model option too. Runs me under a buck an image vs the $15–50 a studio wanted. Downside: it's tuned for clothing — jewelry and odd categories are hit or miss.
SaySo — voice-to-text for listings. Instead of typing descriptions, I just talk through the item while I'm photographing or packing and it transcribes. It handles 100+ languages, which is handy when I'm writing for international buyers. Not magic — it still mishears brand names and I clean those up, but it's faster than thumb-typing 40 descriptions.
ChatGPT — titles and SEO. I paste my rough description and have it tighten the title and pull keywords buyers actually search. Cheap, fast, but you have to rein it in or it writes like an ad. I always trim the fluff.
ApoloSign — my packing-station command center. It's a 32" smart calendar/dashboard that sits on my bench showing my ship-by dates, to-do list, and order pickups at a glance, and it syncs Google/Outlook/iCloud calendars. No subscription, which I appreciate. Overkill if you flip casually — this is more for when reselling is a real daily operation.
Vendoo — crosslisting. Lists across eBay/Poshmark/Mercari from one place so I'm not re-keying the same item five times. The monthly fee stings in slow months, but the time saved is real.
