Recommendations for Renting in Addis Ababa – Good Transportation and Reliable Water Supply

Hi everyone! I’m looking for recommendations for a good place to rent in Addis Ababa.

My main priorities are:

1. Easy transportation – somewhere with access to public transport and where getting around is convenient.

2. Reliable water supply – preferably a condominium with a water storage tank, since water shortages are common in many areas.

3. A decent condominium – a clean, well-maintained building in a good area.

For those living in condominiums, which areas or buildings would you recommend based on your experience? I’d especially appreciate recommendations from people who have dealt with water shortages and know which places manage them well.
