AI News is Growing at Rocket 🚀 Speed and We Are Looking for Mods

In just two weeks, r/alnews has exploded. We’ve hit 1,200+ members and over 50,000 visits, proving that there is a real hunger for a focused, high-signal AI news community.

To keep this momentum going (and to ensure I don't miss the big stories!), I am looking for 1–2 active moderators to join the team.

What we are looking for:

News Junkies: You are already reading about AI daily (Twitter/X, Discord, newsletters) and can help post breaking stories.

The "BS" Filter: You can spot hype-bait, crypto-spam, and low-effort posts from a mile away.

Global Coverage: Ideally, we are looking for people in different time zones (EU/Asia/Americas) to keep the news flowing 24/7.

What you’ll do: Approve valid posts and remove spam. Help spark discussions in the comments. Help shape the rules as we grow to 10k and beyond.
