They moved 2 lube techs over and my job is to fix my cars and baby sit/teach.... This one and the other are tied together at their d!x%s and the only way I tell them apart is taste/pube color.. lil shop joke. But seriously how did I go from carefree and single, at 25, to now the "old guy" in the shop, (I'm just now 36.....) more responsible for all these kids, than my younger shop manager?

And you don't even need to ask him, he will tell you how much of everything he is and does... yea... meanwhile if I acted like I wanted to? Aka, me losing My customers, I've cultivated, people/friends who specifically requested me by name, or I met doing this job, that now request me, by name, even for an oil change, and will leave and reschedule if 3 planets align correctly and i use one of my 5 yearly vacation/pto/sick days... I know.. how fucking dare I.. let alone be 5 minutes late because I had to be a dad and take my son to daycare? Blasphemy!

My customers, I made, who are now having their cars worked on by these fucking baffoons... and they not fixing their shit and yet they are telling them I'm fixing it, chaps my ass, hard... I'm still hourly, (so it shouldn't matter right?) but then to get pulled aside and bitched at that I'm too slow on my repairs? When, excuse me, in 2 years i can count on one hand, my comebacks that were my fault.... and i still found a way to save face... yet if I want to have a place of employment tmw?

STFU... do your job, and I don't say much, especially when I get pulled off almost every job I'm on at a minimum of 6 or 7... 🤷‍♂️ times... i have to lie so much it makes me sick..

None of the "bosses" or any of them.. listen or understand, I'm offering a simple suggestions to make work smarter not harder.. yet all I hear is how I'm such a prick. Well... don't be dumb? Idk what to tell you? Cause at your age? Early 20s? My guy.....

I can neither confirm nor deny details of any operation without the Secretary's approval...

1st pic? A new engine wire harness and I told him at the beginning, hey that crank sensor is part of it... nah I don't need to lift it.. spent 4+hrs on it...

2nd? Rear struts, and instead of following iN or even listening to me.. which I had previously performed the rear frame brace recall. Which shouldn't have even effected him, yet for some reason was the bane of his existance, because he wanted to drop the lower control arm, and he refused to listen to me, when I told him to lift it up using the pole jacks and undo the sway bar/strut/etc thenn you move the whole rear end a lot easier...

But nope.. 6hrs for rear struts on a 2007 CR-V and I need to work on my billable hours? When they have me stuck in trade in Jeep/Chrysler Pacifica/Buick Enclave auction car hell..... but give me a Honda anything, still drunk from the night before, on a Saturday morning, one eyed, im still worth more than I'm being paid...... Oh, btw! And apparently my shop is sending him to some, expensive, 3 month, paid..... Honda School and he comes back repair certified? I've been to the training centers 3 times for a total of 12 in class days and I'm 13 away for 100% minus tenure..

Yet they are going to pay for him to be training for 3 weeks straight? I won't lie, I'm still struggling to understand this when 4 weeks ago they were leaving? But hes waiting on the brown haired one to come back from his MONTH LONG HONEYMOON!! I'm honestly just jealous, a month off? Fuck.. I wish

It still amazes me, that I keep saying to these guys it's a car lift, why are you working on the floor?..
