Confusion over air con return

Hello, I'm very confused I bought a portable air con end of May and it seemed like it was working fine but it kept leaking, I realised now something was broken when I bought it with argos pay

Anyways I went to my argos account and it seems it allowed me to send it back after marking reason for return as damaged? it has given me a return code and it seems like they'll refund it according to the code with the email

Is this correct? I know it's a dumb question I thought there would be some kind of pushback or struggle to even get them to offer a refund/return after a few months
